How Travel works

Find somewhere safe to eat where you're going, and leave a record of the places that worked for you. Nothing here is scraped from a listing site — every entry came from someone who ate there.

Turn on Travel Mode and pick where you're headed. Your home feed and this tab will default to that country.
Travel Mode never changes what "local" means for your recipe and pantry safety scores — those stay tied to where you live.
Tap a place's location line to open it in Google Maps.
Been there? Hit recommend. That count is the only ranking — there is no editorial list.
"Add a place" is for somewhere you've eaten yourself. The notes field is the useful part: say how they actually handled gluten-free.

A country with nothing in it yet is normal at this stage — adding the first place is genuinely useful to whoever lands there next.
